Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nomad ("Nomad", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Nomad mobile application (the "App"). Nomad is built to keep your travel history on your device - we designed the App to collect as little as possible.

1. Information stored on your device

The trips, dates, countries, cities, and home location you add to Nomad - whether entered manually or imported - are stored locally on your device (using standard iOS and Android app storage). We do not operate a server that stores your travel history, and we do not have access to it.

2. Optional Gmail and Calendar import

If you choose to use Nomad's import feature, the App can request read-only access to:

• Your device calendar, to look for events that indicate travel (flights, itineraries, etc.).
• Your Gmail account, via Google Sign-In, to search for flight and travel confirmation emails.

This access is entirely optional and only used to detect candidate trips, which are shown to you for review before anything is saved - nothing is added to your travel history without your confirmation. Email and calendar content is processed on your device for the sole purpose of detecting travel dates and destinations. We do not store, transmit to our own servers, or share the contents of your emails or calendar. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings or your device's system settings.

Nomad's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Nomad Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) - we never see or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status; RevenueCat may receive a device identifier and purchase information necessary to validate your subscription. 4. What we don't do

• We don't run ads in Nomad.
• We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• We don't sell your data. We don't have a copy of it to sell.

5. Data deletion

Because your travel history lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by removing your trips in the App or by uninstalling Nomad. Uninstalling the App removes its locally stored data in accordance with your device's operating system behavior.

6. Children's privacy

Nomad is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
